4.1 Personal data processed for SKEP’s own purposes
Where SKEP determines why and how personal data is processed—for example, when managing SKEP accounts, operating our website, providing support, securing the platform, processing our own marketing activities or communicating directly with customers—we process that data for SKEP’s own business, operational and legal purposes in accordance with applicable law.

In those circumstances, that customer or organisation may determine the purpose for which the personal data is collected and used, while SKEP provides the technology and processes the data in connection with the requested Services.
